Glucose metabolism - stabilises blood sugar Bone mineralisation - strengthens bones Heart function - regulates muscle tone Magnesium may be used to enhance exercise performance due to its ability to maintain muscle energy. A deficiency may show up as fatigue , weakness, nausea & vomiting or cramps It is recommended that adults have 310mg () and 400mg () per day. Seeds and nuts have a high amount of magnesium with pumpkin seeds containing the highest amount per 100g. A very essential mineral that is necessary in the diet! Do you think you get enough??
