24.01.2022 I have found with everything that has been occurring in this world, I lost my way :(....Once i had to put classes on hold, i stopped practicing yoga and meditation, i felt so sad not being able to go and hold my weekly classes, this made me start to slump back into a bit of a black hole, then my whole world seem to come crashing down around me with many things happening in my personal life....the stress took hold, i lost the calm, happy me for quite a while, i was just living... on coffee and just living I guess, but not in a nice way :( We can either sit and choose to keep feeling this way, the whole feel sorry for me attitude, do things that will only make us feel worse like- * watching a sad movie * eat bad food * dwell on all the bad stuff.... OR * FIGHT BACK.... only YOU can make this change, no one else !!! Day 1 .... Do 10 mins of yoga and include a meditation ( You Tube has many to follow but i love following https://yogawithadriene.com/ A big glass of clean filtered water with a squeeze of lemon, be sure to use a straw when drinking this, the acid from lemons aint great for teeth after a while....its a great cleanser for the liver, stress and bad food makes our liver sick then in turn can create an unhealthy body https://www.organicfacts.net/lemon-juice.html Get outside and put your bare feet on the earth, close your eyes and slowly breathe through the nose and back out through the nose, do this for about 5 mins, think of all the beautiful things that are going right for you, or remember those happy moments.... Then start your day, do something for you, greet people with a smile, try and stay positive, switch off the news !!! NAMASTE....

Hakini Mudra can be made by joining all the fingertips an...d thumb tip together It promotes cooperation and balance of the left and right brain hemispheres, and especially opens access to memory which is stored in the right hemisphere. In fact, if you forget something and want to remember, you can practice this technique: Place your hands in Hakini Mudra and look up. Inhale and place the tip of your tongue on the gums, exhale and let the tongue drop. Take another breath and voila! What you want to remember should come back to you This Mudra is also associated with our 3rd eye chakra and can build up energy of the lungs, improving respiration. 12.01.2022 "Update on classes" @ Felltimber Community Wodonga... At this stage we are waiting for confirmation where we have our Yoga classes and access to the room we hire. It will be a slow process and possibly not until after term 3 resumes, like i had predicted with so many using the rooms we have to be extra cautious and slow with bringing back classes ...
