12.01.2022 Hey again Adelaide, It's been a bit of a whirlwind start to the week and I hope you are managing. For most of us managing ok. We are in a pretty hard lock down and even though I love being home and love working from home, I am feeling a little anxious about not being able to get out for my daily walk/run or a coffee when I need space from my work. I know I will be relying on my Yoga, Meditation, reading and journalling practises a lot over the next week and likely weeks ...to come. Please know that feeling not great right now it ok and there are still avenues for you to get professional help for your mental health through services like Lifeline and Beyond Blue and please continue to look after your physical health. Get enough sleep, eat well, drink enough water and move your body. Check in with what's going on in the news but dedicate times for this rather than checking for updates constantly (this is one I find challenging at times like these!). We have been on a midterm break this week from Yoga but classes resume this Sunday and Wednesday and there is space for you to join us. I have also created a 4 class pass payment plan so if you want to join us for Yoga for 4 classes you can and just pay $14 a week. You can do this seated on the ground or on a chair just ensure is you are on a chair your feet are flat on the ground and your back is free to move. ...
