Sitting at a desk, physically demanding jobs, exercise, horse riding, being a mum and dad, nursing babies, picking up children, our muscles get tight which become sore and cause problems. For example I love horse riding, which causes my hips to become tight from using these muscles constantly which then causes me to have lower back pain so to get the best out o...f my riding and to be able to do it better, I must get regular remedial massage.
