12.01.2022 COVID-19 Update As from the 23rd July the Victorian Government have made it mandatory to wear masks at all times when you are outside your home. We will be wearing our masks at all times when we are in our clinic from the 20th of July and require our clients to do the same. Clients will need to provide their own masks.... Thanks for your support and understanding.

10.01.2022 We would like to thank each and everyone one of you for your continued support as we navigate our way through this Pandemic. Further to our earlier post, our Association, Massage & Myotherapy Australia, has now received confirmation from the Chief Allied Health Officer, that Remedial Massage & Myotherapy are not included in the easing of restrictions. At this point, we expect to be able to resume our services on or before the 1st of November, but await confirmation in line ...with the Premiers announcements. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like to be added to our appointments waiting list. Keep safe and once again thanks for your continued support and patience.

07.01.2022 This or That Thursday - Meditation for us

04.01.2022 From 11:59pm tonight, all residents living in metropolitan Melbourne or the Mitchell Shire will be required to wear a mask or face covering or risk being handed... a $200 fine. However, confusion has reigned over exactly when, and how, residents will be required to wear the face coverings. Here are the answers: https://7news.link/30vY1J5

04.01.2022 This or That Thursday - Vegetables especially root vegetables

02.01.2022 Keep safe Melbourne, we’ll be open as soon as we can and ready to work on your aches and pains.

01.01.2022 No surprises with this, make sure you keep moving and get up away from your desk on a regular basis. While we are closed under Stage 4 restrictions, make sure you keep moving, especially your joints - neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, back, hips etc, to keep from stiffening up.
