22.01.2022 If you book a 45 minute initial physio appointment with Rosie before the 24th Dec then you will not pay any gap on your health insurance.
22.01.2022 Yesterday we packed bags for Share the Dignity "it's in the bag". Some bags were donated filled and some we filled from donated goods. Thankyou to everyone who helped, especially Judy, Janita and Helen pictured. We finished 24 bags, had 4 missing a few items and about 6 more bags worth of donations. If you have a bag you want to donate it's not too late. We are still gratefully accepting donations especially shampoo, conditioner and roll-on deodorant. All bags will be finished by this Friday 20th Nov. Thanks so much to all xx
21.01.2022 I have packed my bag and am going home. We are going to close the doors on Balance Physio for a little while from tomorrow. We want you to stay safe and we want our staff to be safe. We are always available by phone and will be offering telehealth (video or phone) consults from next week. If you have made an appointment for next week we will be in contact. Otherwise keep an eye on this page for some diversional therapy and we will message you when we are back open. Stay safe and stay at home.
21.01.2022 From today it is compulsory for anyone attending a healthcare practice to wear a single use surgical mask. Please put your mask on before entering and be ready to scan the QR code for SA Health. We can help you through this. Remember this is a Government directive and we are all in this together x
21.01.2022 Congratulations Tony on your gold and silver medals at the Masters Games last week in golf! Tony had a hip replacement last November and has been working hard in our Wednesday morning group to recover his strength and control. What an amazing outcome. We are really proud of you Tony!
20.01.2022 Hello, we were notified last night that Allied Health in the community must close for the circuit breaker period. Balance Physio will be closed for the next 6 days in accordance with this. We will call to reschedule appointments and let you know when we re-open. In the meantime we are available by phone and email. I will be at home working in the garden with Stuart and my colleague pictured :)
19.01.2022 This is Bean. She is keeping me company at the computer. All of our animals are pretty happy to see us at home. Show us your pets! We would love to see them.

18.01.2022 If you are wondering whether running is 'bad' for your back, check this out. Of course some conditions are aggravated by weight bearing but in general exercise is great!
17.01.2022 The most important piece of furniture in your home office is your chair. It's really critical that you choose a chair that suits your body. Your bottom should be well back in the chair, your hips slightly higher than your knees and your feet on the floor. If you can't reach the floor you need a foot stool or book/box under your feet. We bought our office furniture from Mile End Office Furniture last year and I would highly recommend that you see them to buy yours. They have a great offer for our clients. See below for details :)
17.01.2022 These flowers are from our garden. I hope you enjoy them as much as I am x
17.01.2022 Hello, we just wanted to let you know that we are open for business as usual. We are a mask friendly venue and encourage you to wear one if you want to. Please arrive on time but not too early for your appointments, come alone if possible and maintain social distance and hand sanitising. Yours in good health :)

10.01.2022 So we are doing really well with our collection. Thankyou so much for all of your donations so far. If you have a handbag that you no longer use we could really do with some more bags. We would also love to start collecting some more of the special extras for our bags eg hand cream, lip balm, scrunchies, drink bottles....you name it. Just think about what you keep in your handbag and what you think someone else might like. We are collecting for another month. Thanks so much for you support!
