21.01.2022 2020 taught me many things. I discovered how much the students who came back to Warriewood Surf Club after lockdown really valued and treasured the practice of yoga together. I realised that rather than worrying about the details of my classes, I could steady my thoughts and settle into the presence of being and share a time and space with other people. So glad that , together with the teachers at Balanced Practice Yoga , we can share this beautiful and healing tradition of yoga here by the ocean. @weathershineproductions
