14.01.2022 Hi Team BWC, as this is what we are working on at the moment, thought I would share Sifu Nima King ‘s words on the topic. Stress testing is a sweet spot between totally safe training within the school & massive uncertainty in a real world fight / confrontation. The goal is to keep ‘state’ and ‘intention’ on, at each time, place & circumstance.

12.01.2022 Hello Team BWC, training is on tonight - come rain or shine. (probably rain) . We will look at the anatomy of movement, from an arm movement all the way to the body moving, and taking this theme all the way up to attack and evasion (in a sparring situation).
