I developed depression around the age of 13 but I wasn't diagnosed until I was 15. At the age of 16 I began my spiritual journey I started collecting crystals and the love that I had for crystals opened the doors to spirituality. I can honestly say that diving into spirituality has completely changed me as a person and was one of the main reasons that I survived my mental illness.
