25.01.2022 A massive thank you to everyone who showed up today and made our Christmas party a success. Our commitment puts a lot of work into organising these events ands its all worth it when we see everyone having a good time. Not to mention everyone pitching in to help us tidy up.

In light of what is going on in the world and our country in regards to the covid-19 virus, we ask that you please help us protect you and your little ones by not attending playgroup or trial sessions if you or your family are showing any signs of illness. Please let us know via email or messanger if you have been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of covid-19 and have attended playgroup. ... 23.01.2022 Thank you to all that came along today to our messy play for Red Nose Day. We have raised just over $80 for this great cause who not only research into SIDS but provide support to those who have lost babies. Feel free to share some photos we would love to see all the messy monsters at play.

20.01.2022 Just an update for the Open Day this coming week Saturday 27/06/2020 @ 9-11. There will be morning tea and drinks provided. Also it is a free event that is open to all. 18.01.2022 We are so excited for the scitech session next week. There are still a few places left so we will open this up to non members at a cost of $5 per child. You will still need to get the tickets in the event for the number of children attending so we can keep track of numbers.

17.01.2022 This week we will be raising money for Red Nose Day with a Red themed messy play. Red Nose Day is close to my heart being a baby born after SIDS so I looking forward to raising money for this cause. Please check to see that you have marked as coming if you can come along. For those interested in an afternoon session we will trial the afternoon session on Thursday this week to see how it works 12.00-2.00. Hope to you all have a great week.

17.01.2022 What a great morning with the guys from critters up close thank you to everyone who attended today we had a fantastic time. Will definitely be getting these guys back again next year.

17.01.2022 Sadly Baldivis Playgroup was broken into again last night/early morning . Nothing was stolen but they have broken down our door and vandalised some pieces of childrens play equipment. Very disappointing that this has happened again but appreciate the efforts of the council in securing the building.

07.01.2022 Some trial runs for messy play and perfected the volcano mix. Friday will be messy so make sure they wear clothes that you dont mind getting dirty and might be worth bringing a change of clothes. We will also set up some alternatives play for any kids with sensitivity or sensory issues so hopefully the kids will have lots of fun.

06.01.2022 Hello to all of our playgroup families/families coming for trials, We have been given strong recommendations from Playgroup WA to suspend all playgroup sessions going forward due to the COVID-19 virus. Therefore we have made the difficult decision to close playgroup indefinitely, effective immediately. We are really hoping to be able to start the sessions back up after the April school holidays but that will be dependant on the virus and what is going on at that time. 05.01.2022 This week I've been at playgroup 3 times already with my 2 little ones. The dynamic is so different in each group. Its so lovely to get to meet more of our wonderful playgroup families. Was a beautiful day outside with the kids playing this morning.

04.01.2022 We have been off to good start with our bread clip collection and bottle caps. Over 100 bread clips collected and heaps of milk bottle caps. These items cant be recycled in the yellow bin so normally end up in land fill, so these small changes mean these will now be recycled. We are also still collecting non perishable food for the crew, the list of items that can be donated https://www.thecrew.org.au/donation-drop-offs/. Collections are based at the playgroup hall.

02.01.2022 You may have noticed that Rockingham Council has been upgrading our fencing over the last couple of weeks. We now have a safe and secure area for our children to play outside in Stage one of our outdoor renovations is complete- watch this space as we have more outdoor additions to come!
