19.01.2022 65 Roses Day On Friday 24th May we will be fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis by selling roses for there annual 65 Roses Day. Each rose will cost $5 and ALL funds raised will go directly to Cystic Fibrosis WA. We have ordered a limited amount of roses which will be sold on a first come basis until sold out. Roses are expected to be delivered around 9am on this day. ... This cause is very close to our hearts as our very own receptionist Kasey has a 15 year old daughter Brianna battling this life threatening illness. We are happy to report that is she currently well and managing her illness day by day. Funds raised will help CFWA with crucial home care support, education and training sessions for families and the annual CF siblings camp. Thank you for your support.

The doctors and staff at Baldivis Atwick Terrace Family Medical Practice take the COVID 19 matter very seriously and we have the safety and health of our patients at heart. With this in mind we will be starting on Monday the 23rd March to adapt to Telehealth (telephone consults) to some of our eligible patients.... To be eligible a patient must have seen the specific provider in the last 12 months and must meet one of the following criteria: Vulnerable/isolated patients are eligible, where at least one of the following apply: (a) the person has been diagnosed with COVID-19 virus but who is not a patient of a hospital; or (b) the person has been required to isolate themselves in quarantine in accordance with home isolation guidance issued by Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC); or (c) the person is considered more susceptible to the COVID-19 virus being a person who is: (i) at least 70 years old; or (ii) at least 50 years old and is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent; or (iii) is pregnant; or (iv) is a parent of a child under 12 months; or (v) is already under treatment for chronic health conditions or is immune compromised.
