Forrestfield and CBD locations are implementing the following strategies; 1. SOCIAL DISTANCING. Please dont shake hands with anyone in the practice. We have spaced our reception chairs to the recommended 1.5m. 2. HANDWASHING. All our offices have facilities to wash your hands. Please make use of these. Additionally, you will be offered hand sanitiser. The chiropractors will use gloves or hand sanitiser when consulting. 3. CLEANING. Our tables and practices will be cleaned frequently. 4. Face masks. Whilst we do not have full protectice equipment, at your request, our chiropractors have a limited supply of face masks that they can use during your adjustment. 5. Eat BETTER. We encourage you to increase your consumption of fresh fruits, vegetables and berries. They are high in vitamin C and a healthy diet is key to increasing your bodies innate immunity. 6. VITAMIN C. We have limited supplies of chewable vitamin C available. 7. TOILET PAPER. If you are out, then we have some. You dont need to be a patient of our practice to grab one (and only one). Basic human dignity is still a thing. 8. YOUR BODIES INNATE ability to heal and protect itself. We respect your bodies innate recuperative abilities and immune function is part of this.
