21.01.2022 Perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth Jacket potatoes - with all the trimmings were a huge hit at out residents lunch today. Margo's baked potatoes are slightly crispy on the outside and soft in the interior making them scrumptiously delicious! Melanie's coffee van was once again on site to provide coffee & beverages. Where do I book in for the next lunch!

20.01.2022 John and Owen have almost completed the veggie garden upgrade, adding some lavender pots, strategically placed for attracting bees to pollinate the garden! The seedlings are enjoying their sunny position and showing good healthy growth. We'll be harvesting an assortment of veggies in no time!

05.01.2022 Dust off the cobwebs, grease the axles, top up the gas & re-stock the fridge/pantry - SG residents are excited to be caravanning again after months of lockdown. Many are heading north, now boarders are opening for Victorians to travel into NSW & QLD. We cant wait to hit the road!
