24.01.2022 Taj El Malek, meaning king’s crown, are decadent little sweets made with shredded phyllo dough (kataifi), rosewater sugar syrup, and roasted pistachios. Pistachios can be replaced with other nuts such as almonds and cashews, regardless of the filling, Taj El Malek are sugary treats worthy of kings.
