13.01.2022 Just a little bit about Bali Hai Units. Bali Hai is located on the southern end of the Gold Coast, between Currumbin and Coolangatta. The complex consists of 2 ground floor 1 bed self contained clean, older style units and a top floor 3 bed unit. Unit 1 has a queen bed, brand new bathroom, lounge/dinning, kitchen, communal laundry with a small covered front verandah opening onto a small grassed fully fenced yard. Unit 2 is the same with a king bed and a slightly bigger yard.... Unit 3 has a king, queen and 2 single beds, lounge/dinning, kitchen, laundry and also has a new bathroom. There is a wrap around verandah, allowing plenty of outside space to soak up the sun/sea breeze and even a small view of the ocean. Down the stairs there is a fully fenced grass yard. All units have reverse cycle air conditioning, foxtel, wifi and are PET FRIENDLY inside and out. The exterior of the building has been freshly painted and a 3 car carport is located down the drive at the rear of the block. The entrance to the complex is through a remote control gate, for added security. All this only a short stroll around the corner to the beach, and 2 doors to a great cafe.
