24.01.2022 Open as normal Saturday 25th January but we’ll be taking a break on Monday for the public holiday. Reopening Tuesday 28th January. Please check our online booking system (via the website) for available appointments.

23.01.2022 Good morning everyone. The situation with covid-19 is continually evolving as you all are well aware. Under Stage 1 of the National Cabinet guidelines from yesterday, we are considered essential enough to remain OPEN. We have been advised by Premier Daniel Andrews that we as a state should expect that further changes WILL occur. So, for now, we are OPEN as per our normal schedule. We will continue to adhere to the national guidelines with respect to cleanliness and sanitati...on, especially between patients. We ask that you use the hand sanitisers provided at the front desk or the hand washing facilities. We also ask that you use common sense and stay away if you are unwell or have had contact with someone who is unwell. Thanks for your understanding, we are trying our best to keep things as normal as possible.

22.01.2022 We're taking a break on Friday for the Grand Final public holiday, we'll be back as normal on Saturday morning. Go Cats !!

21.01.2022 Join us in giving back this Christmas. We are again participating in the @reverseadventcalendar program, taking donations in the form of non perishable food items, personal care items etc. We are also accepting cash donations which will go towards the purchase of non perishables for our boxes. Especially this year there are those that are much less fortunate than us, so your generosity is greatly appreciated. Edit - We will also accept bank transfer donations with an appropriate reference to contribute to our Reverse Advent Calendar boxes. PM for details! #reverseadventcalendar2020 #reverseadventcalendarballarat #auschiros #givingback

19.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has kindly donated to our Christmas charity this year for @reverseadventcalendar. Our donations boxes have grown considerably this week. We’ve received many non-perishable food items and personal care products. Plus we have collected $123.70 in cash donations. A special thank you to Kylie and her team at @livewire_electrical14 for their generous cash donation. Another special thank you to Fidelity Kindergarten for combining their reverse advent calendar box with ours. Tonight we will be shopping for more specialty Christmas table items with our cash donations to help make someone’s Christmas a little more special. #reverseadventcalendarballarat #ballaratchristmas #gonsteadchiropractic #gonstead #payingitforward #givingback #auschiros @auschiros @ Ballarat Spinal Health - Gonstead Chiropractic

15.01.2022 We’ve had a cancellation for tomorrow at 3:30pm. Anybody who is looking to get in tomorrow, book online now. We have a full day ahead and this is the last appointment available before we return to normal hours on Monday 11th January. First come first served.

14.01.2022 There is no doubt everyone is experiencing considerable challenge and uncertainty during this constantly evolving COVID-19 situation. Here are some certainties about Ballarat Spinal Health: - We will continue to remain OPEN as normal *unless a Government shutdown prevents us from doing so. ... - We will continue to do our best to help those of you in the community who need it, whether you are a healthcare worker, supermarket staff, restaurant/hospitality staff or working from home in your home offices or doing anything in between. Everyone has a spine and a nervous system that could benefit from receiving an adjustment, particularly in times of high stress and urgency. - We will continue to remain up to date with the latest information from Government and professional authorities. - We will continue to maintain hygiene standards and minimise risk for all through adhering to frequent handwashing; implementing frequent and thorough office cleaning strategies; the provision of hand sanitisers and handwashing facilities for your convenience. Please DO NOT schedule or attend an appointment if: - If you are unwell with symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat; AND - You have travelled internationally in the 14 days before getting sick of returning from an overseas trip; OR - If you have had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having COVID-19 in the 14 days before getting sick. This will assist us to help protect the safety of ourselves, yourself and others. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Look after yourselves and we thank you for your understanding.

13.01.2022 Make a difference to those struggling with food insecurity in Ballarat this Christmas by getting involved in the Reverse Advent Calendar box project. What is a ...Reverse Advent Calendar? A Reverse Advent Calendar begins as an empty box. Each day throughout December instead of taking something out of the box (like you do with a regular Advent Calendar) you put an item of food in. On the 20th of December deliver your box to York St Church of Christ where it will be distributed to several Ballarat organisations who will give the boxes to families in need at Christmas time. Please like and share our page. More information will be coming soon on how you can get a specially branded Reverse Advent Calendar box.

11.01.2022 In addition to our Reverse Advent Calendar collections box we are also accepting cash donations. All cash donations will be used to purchase items to go into the box before we donate it to Reverse Advent Calendar Ballarat on Friday 20th December. Thank you to all those who contribute.

09.01.2022 There’s still time to get in this week. We still have available spots and extended hours. Check out the availability online or call us to book your appointment.

08.01.2022 Under the latest stage 2 shutdown measures put forward by the Prime Minister and the National Cabinet last night, we can continue to remain OPEN for business. However due to a change in demand, we will be operating under newly revised hours. The online booking system will continue to remain operational for now. We stress that we continue to remain vigilant in providing a clean, safe and healthy clinical environment for you to attend and for us to work in. We are now taking fu...rther enhanced measures to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus which include, but are not limited to: - The observation of the social distancing recommendations for our reception and waiting rooms. - All waiting room magazines and children’s toys have been removed from display, indefinitely. - We are also asking for payment via card in preference to cash. If you are unwell, take this time to stay at home in isolation to rest and recover. Please ensure that you seek medical attention if you are experiencing flu like symptoms, of cough, fever, shortness of breath, and/or sore throat. If you have specific questions regarding home care advice please contact us with your query and our Chiropractor can return your call as soon as possible. Thanks again for your understanding.

06.01.2022 OUR SERVICES & NEW STAGE 3 RESTRICTIONS: We are NOT closed. Under the current regulations, Chiropractic care will continue as normal. Patients are permitted to seek medical and care-giving services under Stage 3 restrictions. Don't forget to wear your masks / facial coverings to your appointments. ... We will notify you if the Victorian Government announces any further changes that may effect our operating hours and/or services. We thank you for your understanding.

04.01.2022 Too early for Christmas decorations? It is all for a good cause. This year we are actively participating in the Reverse Advent Calendar initiative through @reverseadventcalendarballarat. So, if you’re stopping in for an adjustment, please be sure to bring an item or two from your pantry to contribute to our box. Items we are looking for include non perishable food items, personal care items / toiletries, Christmas decorations and supplies. We will be collecting items up until Thursday 19th December 2019. These items will go towards supporting local families in need.

03.01.2022 Ballarat you are AMAZING! Thank you to everyone who has participated in the Reverse Advent Calendar this year. These photos do not do justice to the experience... of being at York St Church of Christ today and witnessing you all brave the heat to deliver your boxes filled and overflowing with goodies. Your generosity has blown us away. Throughout the day our volunteers could be regularly heard saying oooh look at this, what a great idea to include.... We believe we have around 1500 boxes packed, stacked and ready to be distributed to the various food relief organisations tomorrow. Together we have done something very amazing. So many Ballarat families will have food and other essentials this Christmas because of you. A big thank you as well to our team of volunteers who helped in so many ways today. Some were there for over 8 hours helping bring boxes in from the cars. You are appreciated and spectacular!

02.01.2022 There are still a couple of appointments available this morning before we take a short break for the weekend. After this morning’s shift in the office we will return again on Monday as normal.
