18.01.2022 Well phase one of my 2020 physical healing journey is progressing well as I recouperate from my first knee replacement. Not sure of the timing due to Covid 19 and my own readiness for the second knee replacement , but am hoping to be ready to start up my meditations and other group work later in the year or at the latest early 2021. Meanwhile I am enjoying the beautiful and unexpected sun today Such a gift to spend time outside in it this morning

12.01.2022 I hope that you all had and continue to have a peaceful and blessed Christmas and New Year and that 2021 brings lots of great opportunities for you. I was a bit optimistic when I said that I may be ready to start my meditations/groups again early 2021 at the latest. At this stage it looks like it will be mid year. I am very grateful to be able to walk well again after my surgeries but need some time to more fully recover.

04.01.2022 Apologies to all. I was a little premature in starting up my meditation groups again. While we had a lovely Essential Oil Chakra Balance meditation some weeks ago I realise that I am not quite ready to begin ongoing meditations or Meditation Healing circles yet. I will post when ready. I would envisage it will be in the next few months to give myself more health recuperation time . Thanks for your patience
