04.01.2022 It was a busy week for #LBWR19 last week - over two days, we had our mid-year review. It was a great opportunity to take stock and think about how far weve com...e on our leadership journey. We spent Wednesday at Ballarat Golf Club dissecting our LSI 2 - this is a model that represents feedback from colleagues to determine the effectiveness of our leadership behaviours. Expertly facilitated by LBWR friend Garry Trotter, there was a lot to unpack. Given the heady nature of that session, we thought it might be wise to do something fun on Thursday... so we did. With the generous support of Haymes Paint, we worked in collaboration with Darley Neighbourhood House & Learning Centre and Moorabool Shire Council to paint bollards to be installed in a community garden in Darley. We were out at the beautiful Narmbool and their hospitality was amazing. Our participant form Wadawurrung - Wathaurung Aboriginal Corporation, Blair, took us on an expertly informed tour of the significant Aboriginal cultural sites in the afternoon. All in all a wonderful couple of days spent celebrating our achievements. Really proud of our wonderful cohort. We rock. #educate #inspire #activate #bepartofit
