We offer flexible shift options with morning or afternoon shift...s available, plus a wide range of experience and skills training within our site and an enjoyable place to work. * JOB DESCRIPTION * * The receiving office is the area in which the public and commercial vehicles will drive past before loading or unloading. This position requires a switched on and energetic attendant for customer satisfaction and health and safety. There are two primary tasks for the attendant, first is to determine the type and price of a load, then charging accordingly for the public. Secondly is managing commercial loading and dumping whilst operating a weighbridge. This entails keeping in constant two-way communication with other various operators and vehicles on site. Other tasks include things such as site maintenance, cleaning and customer service. MANDATORY EMPLOYEE TRAITS Exceptional problem solving skills Reliable / dependable Initiative towards work High level interpersonal skills Well presented and groomed Energetic and a positive attitude towards customers and the GRC USEFUL BUT NON-MANDATORY SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS OR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN Any machinery Using a register or serving customers in any field Managing or communicating with other people Licensed or experienced using a weighbridge Any other notable work experience related to the industry
