Monday to Friday, 10am 5pm, Saturday morning 9.30am 12pm, until further notice. ... Maximum capacity of 40 people in the Wendouree Library. Maximum capacity of 150 people in the Ballarat and Sebastopol Libraries subject to density limits. All visitors required to register on entry. Fitted masks must be worn in the library.
