25.01.2022 State Grading tomorrow! Who is excited? Anyone traveling in the morning and this evening please travel safely. I will hopefully see you bright and early at Springers Leisure Centre.

19.01.2022 Congratulations to everyone who graded at yesterdays state grading, especially two of our students who graded for black belt and second degree respectively. You both represented Ballarat Zen do Kai amazingly well and we could not be prouder.

17.01.2022 Good afternoon everyone, just a friendly reminder class returns tomorrow night.

13.01.2022 Next week is our last week of Term 2. As always we will be going out for dinner after class. In Term 3 classes will be starting at 6.15pm instead of our normal time of 6pm. I will send out a reminder text message during the holidays.

02.01.2022 I hope everyone had a happy and safe Christmas and new years. Our first class for 2018 will be on the 6th of February at 6pm. We will be holding a Push up Challenge the following week so I hope everyone has been training hard and practising over the holidays.
