01.01.2022 This is what it’s all about! Who would have thought this year would have panned out the way it did. Our beloved basketball was taking away from us and we had to adapt to Covid restrictions and rules. It wasn’t easy! This is Bree, one of our junior coaches and Olivia who plays Under 12’s. Bree has coached Liv for the past two seasons. This last three weeks have been hard for all basketball clubs to get things back up and running but to see the kids (and coaches) back out the...re and enjoying themselves was worth every bit! Bree was adamant she was going to be there and see her girls get out there and play, be a team and get them smiling even if it was only for 3 games and that’s exactly what she did! So ... yes this year has been a crappy one, but to see these two having a cuddle at the end of the game and loving the game of basketball was amazing. Here’s to more feel good stories in 2021 from our Wildcat players, coaches and families. Go Wildcats!!
