16.01.2022 WATER RESTRICTIONS LIFTED Rous County Council have just informed us the Rocky Creek Dam has spilled and is over 100% full. This means water restrictions h...ave now been removed across Ballina Shire. Rainfall readings for Rocky Creek Dam show its received the same amount of rain in the first six weeks of 2020, than in the whole of 2019. This rain and these images from Rocky Creek Dam are a welcome sight after such dry conditions. Thank you to everyone who reduced their water use during the restriction period and for your ongoing work to protect our precious water resources.
