20.01.2022 Leroy is a 16year old cat who had his 1st ever dental yesterday. We removed 6 teeth and these teeth were removed because they were heavily diseased and causing him significant pain . Leroy went home and ate his dinner after what was a long anaesthetic and difficult dentistry. Animals are just amazing and once his little mouth heals he will feel like a kitten again
19.01.2022 Remove the canine tooth they said, it'll be easy they said . See how 3/4 of the canine tooth is below the gum line? This is one of the most difficult teeth to remove because of it's size. This beautiful big boy is Pirate and he had the canine tooth and the small tumour that you can see on his lower canine removed from the gum line today. What a brave boy he was

07.01.2022 Meet Fang brave Fang had an orthopaedic surgery today to repair the cruciate ligament in the knee joint. A prosthetic nylon line is used to replace the ruptured cruciate ligament. This prosthesis is placed around a small bone called the fabella which sits at the back of the femur. It then tracks under the patella ligament, runs back through a hole made into the tibial crest, and is tightened via tunnelling through two metal crimps which hold the line in place. This gives the joint stability and in no time at all little Fang will be back running again

Today he had surgery to place a bone pin and tension wire to stabilise the joint. As with any fracture site, this little boy is looking at a 6 week recovery but once the surgery heals there will be no stopping him. Jagger we love you and wish you well in your recovery
