04.01.2022 Happy International Cabernet Sauvignon Day!Our recently released 2019 Tom Cab Sauv is drinking well and if its predecessors are anything to go by, will only improve with age. With only five vintages made so far, Ballinaclash Cabernet Sauvignon has already made its mark in the world of wine. Here are a few snippets showing some of its successes so far. Our first vintage was the 2008 Daniel, followed by the 2010 Dismis, the Joseph in 2015 , Thomas in 2017 & most recently, the 2019 Tom.
