09.01.2022 We are open To all our valued patients and people in the local community Dr Steve and the at BCD are still open to provide an essential service to you. In the wake of COVID-19 we have made additional changes to our already strict infection control policies and procedures so please rest assure the health and well being of our patients and staff is our number 1 priority. ... Our staff are being closely monitored and under no exceptions to stay at home if unwell. On arrival to the practice we ask you sanitise your hands thoroughly and again on leaving the practice We are staggering appointments to reduce the number of people in the waiting room and practice as a whole We are putting in additional cleaning practices multiple times a day and have removed toys/magazines and use of drinking dispenser in the waiting room We have limited chairs in the waiting room as well as the use of the bench on the undercover verandah for patients to wait outside if they choose (please be sure to let reception know you are in) We are asking all patients to let us know if they are feeling unwell or have recently returned from overseas so we can reschedule your appointment.
