We will choose an Independent Craft Brewer each month who will showcase their beer right next to ours here at Springfield. Keep an eye out for our competition tomorrow (with prizes) to guess which Brewery and Beers we will be supporting first!

24.01.2022 We had a couple of very close guesses for our beers without borders, however, no one quite got it. Our next clue is a little easier. The first person to guess all three beers and the brewery correctly will win a venue voucher worth $50. The next clue is that the brewery is right next to the hallowed turf of a black and white afl club. ... Comment below, if no one gets it then we will pick the closest answer!

24.01.2022 This is a big one! For our final edition (at least for a little while) of Brew Chat from the Vat, we have a big one planned. Dan Norris from Black Hops Brewing has come up from the coast to join us in what will be a ripper session. ... We will be doing a blind test of a Home Brew of our Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout, giving away some prizes and talking all things brewing with Dan. We cant wait. Well seya at 5:30 pm!

We are giving away a $50 venue voucher to the first person who can guess which brewery and what the three beers are. ... The clue is that the brewery is located in an inner-city suburb of Melbourne. One guess per person and if no one correctly guesses then we will have another clue tomorrow. Tag your mates and get guessing!

We will be collecting unwrapped presents for children of all ages, Christmas items and we are also taking monetary donations at the bar which will go towards buying gift vouchers for families in need. Sadly there are so many requiring a little assistance this year due to Covid and the resent storm damage that destroyed so many homes in our community....
