22.01.2022 NEWS FLASH: Weve got two amazing Sydney clubs coming to the fun run on Sunday. If youre a fan of the Sydney Swans or Sydney FC, youre in luck. Both clubs will be representing in the fun run village. Sydney Swans mascot, Cyggy will be greeting the kids, and Sydney FC will have their Championship Trophy on proud display. Be sure to let any super-fan friends know in the comments below

Theyre essential to have in your armoury after a big event, easing aches and pains in a matter of minutes. iMove Physiotherapy has shared this nifty video with us to show you how. Covid19 has made an impact on so many things this year and our 2020 race is no exception. Keep running, stay safe and we hope to be back again in 2021.

City2Surf winner Harry Summers won in 2014, The Run Beyond Project founder David Criniti took out the title in 2017, and elite runner and coach Vlad Shatrov ran to a win in 2015. Here are answers to some of your burning questions: When and where do I pick up my bib? If you have registered prior to 5pm on Wednesday (6 November) you can collect race bibs from Running Science (186 Victoria Road, Rozelle) at these times:... Thursday 7 November - 4pm until 8pm Friday 8 November - 9am until 5pm Saturday 9 November - 9am until 2pm All entries after 5pm, Wednesday 6 November can be collected at the event from 7am. Please note due to Ausconnex roadworks, parking and traffic around the store can be challenging, please allow time for this. Can I register on the day? Yes, from 7am When does my race start? 10km - 8am 5km - 8.10am 2km - 9.30am We recommend you arrive at least 5-10 mins before your event For other FAQs including travel, water and course maps, head to our website.
