Our new club captains were presented with their certificates and rego numbers by last year’s captains. We know Kiara, Josh and Ty will show great leadership this season. The u11B saw a hotly contested 80m hurdles with a new record set in consecutive heats by Max Kelly then Henry Perkins. 09.01.2022 Great to see everyone following our coaches as they lead each age group’s warm up lap on Saturday. 400m of jogging, running drills and dynamic stretches before a 50m run through. Although at times it does look like a 50m sprint, it’s a fantastic start to the morning.
08.01.2022 Looking forward to tomorrow? Here’s some shots from last Saturday, courtesy of Beth Shine, to get you motivated.
