25.01.2022 It’s mental health month and tonight’s theme is all about self-care. I look fwrd to hearing about what our members are doing for themselves during this year of uncertainty, stress and change.

22.01.2022 Wednesday night is expecting to be a ripper as we tackle interesting topics and hear great speeches at our favourite Balmain Hotel, the Exchange. The theme for the meeting is ''The Way Ahead". Just where are we all heading in the next year? Please come and join us. Visitors welcome and if you can make it by 6.30pm for a quick bite to eat and drink before we start.... Meeting kicks off upstairs 7.30pm - 9.00pm. Hope to see you there

17.01.2022 Tonight we have another interesting line up at the Exchange Hotel in Balmain. The topic tonight is Self-care which is so important for wellbeing particularly during this period where we all face a variety of challenges. Meet for drinks from 6pm. Meeting kicks off around 7.30 and finishes at 9pm. Should be another fantastic night. Looking forward to seeing you all there
