19.01.2022 Crackin’ day down here at the Balmoral P & A Society Sheep & Wool Show! Come on down and say hello and have a look around. The company is good, the BBQ’s hot and the drinks are cold!

15.01.2022 Balmoral Sheep and Wool Show 2021 CANCELLED After much consideration the Executive have decided that there will be no Sheep and Wool Show held in 2021. We felt that the criteria and the risks pertaining to the COVID 19 virus, are just too high to pursue running an event in February 2021.... We are a small group and as volunteers we do not need the added responsibility and stress caused by the criteria of running a public event at this present time. We do hope that we can hold a Sheep and Wool Show in 2022. We hope all exhibitors and sponsors understand our decision and hope that they will continue to support us in 2022. 14.01.2022 Congratulations to Peter Rogers who was awarded Life Membership to The Balmoral Pastoral and Agricultural Society inc at the Annual General Meeting. Peter has never missed attending a Balmoral Show. He became a steward for the merino section when he was 16 years old and has been stewarding for 40 years. He has been a regular exhibitor of Merino Sheep, Fleeces, and Poultry and in recent years’ the Terminal/Maternal sheep Section. He was Vice President for 2 years- 1986 and 198...7 Peter is the current Chief Steward of the Merinos and has been since 2006. 06.01.2022 TONIGHTS MEETING POSTPONED Due to a few apologies already from people away and illness we have decided to postpone the General meeting until next Tuesday 2 April, 7.30 at the Handbury Hilton. I think we need as many there as possible to report on the show, set AGM date and discussion going forward. Sorry for any inconvenience.
