Melbourne to 22.1 and in regional Victoria it's 0.6. Yesterday, the state recorded 12 new infections and one death. Premier Daniel Andrews will today detail what coronavirus restrictions will ease from tomorrow, with metro Melbourne due to move to the second step in the Government's roadmap out of lockdown. The Premier has flagged further restrictions may be relaxed, as case numbers are dropping faster than expected.
