While the Landcruiser log book says to check brake pads every 10 000km, our experience tells us the abrasive sandy loam in the Ba...lonne, coupled with some wet weather, can chew through both genuine, and good quality aftermarket pads alike, in as little as 3000km. The message is you need to be aware of this and monitor them. This is a typical example of a vehicle that needed new rotors, because the pads have been chewed and spat out, in between services. At every service, we thoroughly check all components susceptible to wear, and ensure preventative maintenance is done, and advise customers to monitor or replace components if we suspect they won’t last until next service. Most of our customers are busy people who want to avoid the inconvenience of maintenance outside scheduled service intervals. They prefer it is all done properly at service time. #WeKeepYouMoving
