15.01.2022 Thanks for coming back. And thanks for reading this blah blah again. The renovation is finally over. Many people... asked if this is a new place and new owner? Well, the answer is NO, still me. Because both chefs quited at the same time, one guy found a new job, the other went back to China, I finally got a chance to renovate. I didn't like the colour existed in the shop before, If you have seen the menus I made, like the previous versions of this one, you would know the light warm timber and green is my style. Because the renovation took longer than I expected. So most of our employees are new. They are still running in and learning.But the goods new is we got 2 better chefs. Same as before, NO MSG. And we are not making sushis at the moment, because I used the best ingrediants and it was not selling, our sushi was losing a lot of money, one single product losing more than $1000. Any comment, please tell me.
