14.01.2022 This year we had the privilege of working with Epworth HealthCare on their Annual report, and it’s a great feeling to see this special piece printed. The concep...t focussed on expressing the relationship between patients and staff at Epworth. A prominent brand statement ‘Our patients are at the heart of everything we do’ was a source of inspiration for the functionality of the piece, using a smaller booklet insert in its centre with emotive patient anecdotes to truly tell the story of compassionate care at Epworth. 13.01.2022 We were honoured to have sponsored and be invited along to the Fedrigoni Top Awards event last night. The incredible projects on exhibit were inspiring. A special shoutout to Emilio Roccioletti of ERD Studio for his work judging the awards. A huge thanks and congratulations to Spicers Australia and Fedrigoni for putting on the event.

11.01.2022 This very special, technically-complex project was ideated and printed by Bambra back in 2016. Still, to this day, it remains the only project of its kind ever to be produced here in Australia. It can never be reproduced. It all started with a conversation between our fearless leader John Wanless and friends over at Ball & Doggett. It was then directed by Grosz Co Lab, whose exceptional curation, development and considered design took the project to unprecedented heights (the...y have the awards to prove it). The Sub Divide was a limited edition book showcasing the work of 30 highly-regarded photographers, put forward by and for the creative industry. Those lucky enough to have a copy will understand the impact of this book and its talented contributors. A special thanks to all partners for their incredible collaborative efforts, including Ball & Doggett (who helped manage the project), Avon Graphics, Huber Ink, The Bindery, Foldercorp, Carltonlux, Nordale Graphics and Colorplan. 08.01.2022 This property brochure designed by Seesawstudio for the new Hurstmon development has layers upon layers of character, featuring multiple outer covers and subtle white inked details throughout. The project features FOUR (Yes 4! You read that right) shades of Colorplan Papers in coffee, smoke, stone and mid-green from Ball and Doggett. Printed and bound by yours truly. All brought together in our highly skilled in-house bindery.

06.01.2022 As the impact of the current pandemic continues, many in our community are really struggling to look after themselves. Rockpool Dining Group has launched Hope Delivery, a much-needed community meal program to feed international workers and the homeless and disadvantaged who are currently doing it tough. Hope Delivery aims to feed 14,000 people per week across Melbourne and Sydney. Bambra is proud to sponsor some print marketing in support of this great cause. 04.01.2022 We are proud to announce that Bambra has been certified by the Arjowiggins Academy Of Certified Printers. Bambra is the only printer in Australia to achieve this prestigious certification and one of only 31 WORLDWIDE! The Academy of Certified Printers was created by Arjowiggins to promote and encourage exceptional printing by some of the most precise printers in the world. As a key printing partner of many exacting clients, we are always on the pursuit of perfection. This wa...s a real motivation for us to take on the challenge of certification. The principle of the academy is simple: to certify printers capable of accurately reproducing a complex job consisting of four key printing techniques: offset, screen printing, hot foil stamping and blind embossing. An international jury of paper, print and design experts reviewed our printing work and awarded Bambra with academy certification. The jury appreciated the efforts we went to saying that ‘These were some of the best pieces of work submitted.’ A big thanks to our partners - Avon Graphics and Ancyn Screenprinting, we couldn’t have done it without you. Our business is manufacturing, and we intend to keep our doors open and the presses rolling. We play an important role, as many of our clients rely on us to produce the products they need to be able to keep their own businesses operating.... We’re continuing to take precautions and doing our bit to flatten the curve. Staff who are able are working from home and thankfully no one at Bambra has been impacted by this world changing virus.
