07.01.2022 2020 Banana Time Trial cancelled due to Covid-19. Our committee has made the decision to cancel our 2020 event due to the current Covid-19 pandemic. Yes, restrictions are easing and we understand you may be disappointed that we are cancelling now. But unfortunately, we don't believe by October we will be in the position to have an event the size we would like. We feel social distancing will be difficult and don't wish to take the risk of putting our spectators, sponsors, part...icipants or volunteer committee members at risk. Furthermore, we are a non-profit organisation and we heavily rely on sponsorship to hold our event. Sadly, over the last few months alot of our sponsors have been forced to shut or minimise trading and we feel this is not an appropriate time for us to be holding our hand out.
