24.01.2022 Mostyndale Droughtmasters Juvenile Campdraft has been won & done by Madison Hall & Bushranger scoring an 87!! Kate Southern took home the Cut Out Trophy with a 23!!

18.01.2022 We are looking forward to following this colts progress over in WA. Mick & Bonnie Reimers bought Halls Inverrio (PlayRio x Cleva Oak) from us as an unbroken youngster and have brought him along beautifully. So far Inverrio is the only colt Cleva has had and we have started 2 full sisters to him this year...Cleverio (Won Camooweal Maiden) and Cleo (Won Hughenden Futurity). He certainly looks like an exciting prospect!

14.01.2022 I have our Dolly Everett Memorial Ladies Series Champion Trophy all done and good to go. Thankyou to Terry and Geraldine Dwan of Supafloats for sponsoring this special trophy. A massive thankyou also to Chinchilla and Warwick drafts for keeping the Ladies on their programs in these difficult times to allow us to have this award to keep the awareness alive to be strong, be kind and speak even if your voice shakes. Do it for Dolly x

12.01.2022 This is a small mob of our young grey bulls for sale in the paddock at Bibil. The fellows at Caiwarra still don't look good enough to present yet. There are ab...out 50 young grey bulls (No7s & 8s) ready to work....few weaners in this video as well as all in together. There would be about 12 polls in them. The only reds left are weaners atm sorry. I will be heading back to Caiwarra end of March in a truck if anyone wants to look at any from here and have them taken back up that way. See more

10.01.2022 STOCKPLACE TOP END PURSE 2018 - WINNER - MADISON HALL!! If you were lucky enough to be at the Richmond Campdraft on the weekend of the 31st, 1st and 2nd of Sep...tember 2018 you would have been witness to history in the making and one of the most extraordinary and breathtaking sights in campdrafting! The Richmond Campdraft was blown away by Miss Madison Hall who quietly and confidently won the Stockplace Top End Purse 2018. At only 12 years of age this is such an exceptional achievement! Not only has Madison won the Stockplace Top End Purse title at such a young age, she has also won $1,000 cash and a Saddle from Dolan Saddlery! The Stockplace Top End Purse is sponsored by Stockplace, Causeway Townsville and Donlan Saddlery. It has been running for 24 years, with one year off in 2007 due to the Equine Flu then again in 2013 due to the drought. The Stockplace Top End Purse is an aggregate draft which is run in conjunction with the Novice drafts held at Winton, Julia Creek, Saxby, Cloncurry, Hughenden and Richmond, with the finals also being held at Richmond. The top 15 competitors with the highest aggregate from the six novice drafts go into the finals with the score from the finals adding onto the already accumulated points from the previous drafts. Madison Hall proudly follows in the footsteps of her mother and father; Jaye and Ben Hall, as well as her grandmother Dallas Daley; all who have not only placed several times in the Stockplace Top End Purse but have also won the Purse! Madison’s horse Bushranger is no stranger to lining up in the Stockplace Top End Purse Finals either. Bushranger placed 4th in 2014, 3rd in 2015, 1st in 2016, 5th in 2017 and now first place again in 2018! It was so wonderful to see Madison, still as humble and as modest as ever after winning the Stockplace Top End Purse; she went and put her horse away, kicked off her boots, ran over to the jumping castle with her friends and just enjoyed being a kid! Congratulations Madison Hall and Bushranger!! With Special thanks to Stockplace, Causeway Townsville and Dolan Saddlery Photo Credit: Trish Hudspith Photographics

01.01.2022 I apologize in advance for this long post but I would like to make people aware of the exciting new award we are hoping to give out on this years Southern run. ...Based on confirmation from Condamine, Chinchilla and Warwick that they are each going to hold a Ladies, we propose to have the equivalent of the Triple Crown but on the Ladies drafts on that run. If 1 draft pulls out..it will be a double...if 2 pull out..we are stuffed!! It will be known as The Dolly Everett Memorial Ladies Series & I envision it to do 3 things. Firstly highlight the Lady and the horse who don't necessarily win but put cattle around as ladies have to compete in all 3 Ladies drafts & on the same horse & the lady with the highest aggregate over the 3 will be presented as the winner after the Ladies presentation at Warwick. You don't have to score outside or make a final but obviously if you do, it will add to your total aggregate score so there will be a winner. Secondly I am hoping it will give added prestige & interest to these already 3 deserving drafts. Last but not least, we remember a beautiful little girl which in turn keeps the awareness out there to remind us to continue talking to our kids. Thankyou very much to the people who have backed me into this and I would also like to thank the Condamine, Chinchilla and Warwick committees for taking the time to consider my proposal. Our all important sponsors for this year are Kelly & Lucy Daley, Rebecca Doherty of Bex Rugs, Jane Lee Rustic frames, Emma Clarke Pearls 'n' horses Bridles, Sherri Philp Modere Products, Michael & Vicki Victoria Hiscock, Cameron &Kate Jones of The Australian Campdrafting Magazine, Daleys PlayRio & Jaye Daley Hall Bush Bronzes & we thankyou all so much. I think you can do just about anything if you try very hard. See more
