I am a nurse and a cook who has seen f...irst hand that our ageing population are not always eating well. I cook on a Monday (council approved community commercial kitchen. I am fully insured) and deliver Coffs to woopi Tuesday to Thursday. My meals range from $5-$7 My menu changes weekly. This week: Pork sausages, roasted veg and mushroom gravy $7 Meat loaf, mashed potato, roasted tomatoes and spinach $7 Beef and vegetable soup $6 Chicken and mushroom stroganoff with pasta $7 My mission is to nourish my community particularly the elderly, through well balanced, delicious meals cooked with love. My food can be enjoyed by someone who has recently been discharged from hospital post surgery or a new mother. Let me fill their freezer!
