24.01.2022 It is with sadness to inform all our club members and guests that our club canteen and changeroom were unnecessarily damaged over the last 5 days. There was nothing stolen (except a few Panadol from the first aid kit which was found on the skatepark) however there was quite some damage to the locks and roller doors. The good news from this is that the bowlo has cameras that face in that direction and are busy going through the footage.... Finger prints have been taken and due to the ongoing vandalism around Bangalow, police are confident that the people involved will be caught. You can help by letting us know if you or anyone you know saw anything. You can privately message us and it will remain anonymous.

24.01.2022 :: Last raffle of the year :: This Friday night the Bluedogs will have the last raffle for the year at the Bangalow Bowlo. This is the easiest way to support the club. Simply go down, have a few drinks, have some dinner, buy raffle tickets and hoepefully walk out with a meat or vege tray. With COVID 19 affecting lots of local businesses, the Soccer club did not have many sponsors this year, so this is the last chance to raise some funds heading into 2021.... 21.01.2022 :: PLAYERS NEEDED :: We are seeking the following number of players to fill particular age teams before commencing the 2021 season: 4 girls for the 12, 13 and 14 girls only team.... 6-7 boys for the 15 year old boys team. If you know anyone who may be interested, please ask them to register ASAP through playfootball.com or email the club at [email protected] should they want any more information.

17.01.2022 Good morning Team nominations for players aged 12-16 are due soon. If you plan to play this season and have not registered, it must be done this week. www.playfootball.com.au... Miniroos Age 5-11 team nominations are due later in March but we encourage all players to register as soon as possible. The Club will endeavour to allocate players in their preferred teams, in the appropriate age group, wherever possible but cannot do anything in this regard until all registration are received.

10.01.2022 2021 Canteen Coordinator Wanted Planning has already begun for what we hope will be a "normal" 2021 season. Volunteers are the lifeblood of all community clubs and our club is no exception. Below is a call for a Canteen Coordinator for 2021. Position Vacant: Canteen Coordinator 2021... The club is seeking a volunteer to take on the role as Canteen Coordinator for the 2021 season. This role is a paid position and involves the general operation of the canteen during Junior home games. (Usually about 10 games) Responsibilities include: Ordering food and supplies for each home game. Preparing and serving food. Ensuring all machinery is in working order. Coordinating parent helpers. The club will be asking parent volunteers to come and help with canteen serving on game day. If you are interested in taking on this position or would like more information, please contact the club. 07.01.2022 As the old saying goes many hands make light work. With this in mind we are calling for volunteers to come and help out in a short working bee tomorrow, Sunday 14th of March starting at 2:00pm. There are a few jobs needing to be done prior to the start of the 2021 season and it would be much appreciated if anyone free could come and lend a hand for about an hour.

01.01.2022 It’s very upsetting to see some inconsiderate person or people feel they have a right to damage land used by the community. The main field was worst damage, with car tracks also going over field 2 and right over the the rugby field. If anyone saw anything, please private message the club so we can pass it on to the relevant people.... Take care, be vigilant and be safe everyone.
