FOR SALE Buyer Offers Close 1-Nov-2021 Please register your interest in converting this rural setting over the ocean into a botanical parkland for local and visiting communities. If 300k people each donated $200 to buy the land together ($60M) this land could be redesigned and managed into a shared space for picnics, jogging and recreation, and also land care research and preservation. This fund aims to raise $20M towards, * Purchase of the land * Conveyancing * Financial direction * Zoning for public ownership * Future legal obligations and maintenance This fund focuses on, * Enriching soil and waterways * Non-profit foundations for land protection * Sustainable parks and land care management * Appointing a non-profit long term management foundation focused on regenerative land care and accessible park lands * Fund conservation and structural principles NOTE, If purchased, the grassy paddocks across to the ocean would become overgrown without the cows. Preserving these pastoral areas are valuable qualities for public access and would be included in consideration equally with the regenerative botanical plans of the land. Decisions on maintenance, planning and regeneration would undergo thorough examinations towards selecting community foundation and bodies to ultimately manage future decisions for protected public land.
