M Dear M, We wouldn’t call your obsession with our Garlic and Pepper Beef Stir-Fry crazy at all. We have quite a few customers who order ‘Betty Beefs It Up on a regular basis. The fact that we only use the finest, butcher-quality sliced rump steak in Sydney, does begin to explain why the dish is so amazingly appetizing. And we agree that the way our chef so skillfully combines the perfect amounts of garlic and white pepper does make this dish pretty irresistible. Then there is that incredible broccoli. We source export-quality broccoli from Tasmania. We purchase the broccoli from a vegetable seller named Frank who is located at Gate 7 at the Sydney fruit and vegetable markets. If you ever need the freshest and best broccoli in Australia, just tell Frank that Betty sent you and he will certainly look after you. The great thing is that BB customers get to enjoy this crunchy and farm-fresh broccoli the day after it leaves the farm in Tasmania, long before it reaches its destined markets in Japan. And by the way, Frank also supplies us with those amazing cup mushrooms that soak up that tempting Garlic and Pepper Beef sauce.
