25.01.2022 To our patrons, With the recent and rapid development of COVID-19, the team at Bangkok Jam are taking measures to help curb the spread of the virus. In light of the Federal and State Government directives, we will be a taking a short break from the 19th of March and we hope to serve you again from the 1st of April. 24.01.2022 Christmas is a time for celebrations with loved ones so we will be taking some time off to spend with our nearest and dearest. We will be closed for our Christmas holidays from the 23rd of December until New Year’s Day and we will back and ready to serve you on the 2nd of January. 16.01.2022 BANGKOK JAM AND COVID-19. Hi everyone, given both the uncertainty and the rapidly-changing nature of COVID-19 in Australia, we have considered the steps we need to take to ensure the health and safety of our staff and patrons. Right now things at Bangkok Jam are business as usual with a few minor changes to how we do things in order to protect not only our own health but the health of anyone visiting us. It is very important to us that you feel confident dining with us and d...on’t take anything more than great dining experience home with you. Below are a few precautions and measures that we have taken - We now have a bottle of hand sanitiser for everyone to use upon entry - We have been always been stringent about hygiene but we will be extra vigilant and wiping down all surfaces just in case. This includes the eftpos machine, door handles, pens and any other surfaces that are touched regularly. - We will be reinforcing strict hand-washing procedure with our staff and suppliers. - Enforcing social-distancing: larger gaps in between groups of share tables - We do ask that if you have a booking with us and you do happen to feel ill, even if it is just the common cold to please get in touch with us to cancel your booking. We will be taking it one day at a time and seeing how things pan out right now and we will continue to monitor advice from the Australian and Victorian government health department. Rest assure that we are doing all that we can to make our patrons feel safe and comfortable dining with us. We invite you to join us for a meal today.
