12.01.2022 House we bought in Ingham off the net, un-seen. Was a bit of a shock when we moved in lol, but we love a challenge. So happy with the end product. Completely renovated this house, fencing, front and back deck, front drive way, new wiring, new plumbing, removed old lino and polished the timber floors, plaster and painted inside and out,replaced all old casement windows with aluminium ones. New kitchen, which was a flat pack that i modified to fit, new bathroom, walk in robes in all rooms. We moved the laundry upstairs onto the back deck inside a cupboard, closed in under the house and fitted roller doors. New roof plus flashings and gutter and insolation. Lots of work gone into transforming this old girl.. but was worth it.

08.01.2022 So i met kevin and we got chatting about his place and how he would love to have a door from his lounge room to his court yard.he had been wanting it for years and had people look at it but was made to look and sound a bit hard. So he hadnt done it yet i went and had a look and a chat and in no time kev was like do it. It then went from a door to a door and a window, he ended up with more light and air flow and still space for the couch at the window , this has just made kevs little place such an awesome feel in there now. Was so nice working for kev he is a top bloke and to be able to transform this space for him was great

03.01.2022 Loved working with Brian on his holidays destroying and rebuilding this old jem. It had alot of water damage to the front of the house and as you will see we took the hole front off the house and is all now insulated and been brought up to code with all new cyclone tie downs from the roof to the floor beams, We replaced old beams with new ones and releveld. New windows ,cladding, soffits, fascia, gutter, and new roof for the new deck. we built the most solid little deck iv ev...er done out of the off cuts we had from the new beams. Then went on to do a foot parth and some gates, back to the deck and finished off the balustrading that is nice and chunky, absolutely love the the way it turned out and it was all welded on site under there house by me. we then moved into the bed room where i removed all the bed room ceiling and wall linings and reframed, new wireing and tie downs and resheeted it all and all trims, floor underlay and a floating floor. then to the back of the house where we restumped and replaced beams and releveledl house. It was a absolute pleasure being involved in this reno with Brian and Wendy such lovely people to . See more

03.01.2022 Working for the lovely couple Tony Scott and Annette Scott agian on there holiday retreat AKA Jacks place,a lovely little self contained unit located just minutes from the cbd,i had the privilege of going around to Jacks place and making up some sliding doors and art. love the finnished product here are some pics. also if anyone has freinds or family looking for somwhere nice to stay when they come to visit i highly recommend this little gem.
