13.01.2022 Try our grilled chicken banh mi? Lightly marinated overnight with soy, honey, garlic and five spices then freshly grilled every morning. This recipe is inspired by the Northern taste which results in a much lighter flavour. If youre used to the heavier sweet and salty flavours, we might be able to help with some extra chilli caramel sauce or just simple soy sauce!

03.01.2022 Thank you so much for being so super supportive especially so in the last 4 weeks. So many people came to buy Banh Mi even tho they worked from home or came just to give us supportive chats etc. you know youve helped us tremendously to stay sane and stay focused. Weve been trying different ways to service you and keep the shop afloat from delivering ourselves to the use of Uber Eats. However with the increasing difficulty in finding parks in the city (worse than before Covid) and the actual 38.5% cut throat from Uber Eats, we sadly have to cease any delivery service offers till further notice. We will definitely keep you posted if anything changes. In the mean time, you can still get our yummy rolls from the shop Mon-Fri : 9:30-4 and Saturday 10:30-3, you could also call us at 0480259004 to pre order also. Stay sane and see you soon x
