We have experienced two separate technical issues and while both were resolved on Sunday 29th August, some impacted transactions made prior to this date are still to be processed. We are working on this as a priority and are contacting customers to let them know we will refund any bank charges to their account associated with this issue. We want to reassure impacted customers that no-one will be left out of pocket as a result of this issue. Separately, we are also aware some customers’ account balances have not been updating to reflect their recent transaction history. We are continuing to work on this as a priority and will keep you updated here. No further action is needed at your end. We apologise sincerely for any frustration that either of these issues have caused. ***** Update 6pm: The issue impacting some Visa Debit Card payments has now been resolved and customer balances have been restored. 01.01.2022 We’re announcing interest rate decreases to support home loan and small business customers, including lowering fixed home loan rates and reducing rates on a number of small business loans: Home loan support ------------------------- We have made further reductions to fixed interest rates for our home loan customers, including: ... - Fixed interest rate of 1.99% p.a. on a four year term for owner occupied customers on principal and interest repayments with an Advantage Package. - Fixed interest rate of 2.09% p.a. for one, two and three year terms for owner occupied customers on principal and interest repayments with an Advantage Package.
