21.01.2022 We are now running back at normal operation and so we can now treat all your dental needs without restriction! We are still screening for Covid19 symptoms and asking that you wait in your car rather than our waiting room along with some extra hygeine practices in the surgery to keep everyone safe. So if you have been waiting to make an appointment call us on 56259069 and we can book you in! We are open Mon - Sat with late evening appointments available on Thursdays.

20.01.2022 We are very happy to announce that we are now back to our usual opening hours for all our dentists which means Monday - Saturday including late evenings till 7pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please feel free to call, email or contact via our website for an appointment. We are now operating under level 2 restrictions (down from level 3). This means: - Anyone can be seen (not just those in pain) so long as you don't have cold symptoms or had recent overseas travel. - We can com...plete most types of treatment. We continue to practice extra measures for the prevention of COVID 19 spread which means your appintment may take a little longer however this means we are able to help more of you with your dental needs!

18.01.2022 From this Friday 7th August Bank Place Dental will be operating under Level 2 restrictions as guided by the Australian Dental Association during this period of Stage 3 lockdown in regional Victoria. What this means for our patients: - We can still do examinations and consultations. - We can do most restorative treatment with the use of a protective rubber dam.... - We can do simple extractions, however surgical extractions will be referred to a specialist. - We cannot do cleans using the typical ultrasonic scaler, cleans can only be done using manual hand-scaling. Your dentist will discuss whether this is suitable in your case or whether it will be better to postpone until when restrictions are relaxed. If you reside in a Stage 4 lockdown area we are further restricted to urgent care only. Please call us if this applies to you and we can advise you of what we can provide in your individual case. We are still asking everyone to let us know if you've had any cold-like symptoms and to wait in your cars till we call you in for your appointment. And of course please ensure you have your mask or face covering on when you arrive. Overall we can still provide good dental care for everyone however the process may be a bit slower than usual as we follow the strict guidelines in order to keep everyone safe. Stay safe everyone!

14.01.2022 We will be closed from the 25th to the 30th Dec. We will also be closed on the 1st Jan. We wish you all a wonderful and safe Christmas with your loved ones.

10.01.2022 Update on our availability: Currently we are open Monday to Friday for urgent and emergency treatment only. Under the current COVID-19 Australian Dental Association guidelines we are unable to complete routine treatment. If you are in pain, have any swelling or have any problem which is likely to become painful within the next 3-4 months we will be able to see you to get you out of trouble. Of course if you are unsure, please call us and our staff will be able to guide you.... These are some other changes in line with the ADA guidelines: - Increased infection control procedures above and beyond the normal high standard. - Changes to the arrival process. - Extra screening questions. When you call for an appointment our staff will guide you through these changes. Of course no one knows how long these restrictions will last. We will be here to help the community with their dental needs through this period in whatever capacity we can. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy!!
