25.01.2022 Huge thank you to the Cronulla Sharks for coming out to Banksia Park and lending a hand in our ongoing property clean up. Hope this was some good pre season training, with a bit of team work in lifting out some boulders and side stepping a few red back spiders at the same time!

We’re all so happy to have him back at Banksia Park, but we wanted to get the word out that we are looking for a companion for him (we’d love a duet to wake us in the morning, not just a solo act!). An older female donkey would be ideal! Please let us know if you know of any looking for a new friend/home

16.01.2022 Well, it has been a massive fortnight to say the least! Since we have come back to Banksia Park, it has been an absolute hive of activity thanks to our wonderful community and incredible friends rolling up their sleeves along side us. There are some structures on our property that are totally destroyed (like wombats cottage and the outback bar pictured), and areas where the bush and trees are still smouldering... but importantly, we do not have to rebuild from scratch. Jennifer cottage (pictured) is one of our four cottages very much intact! It’s bittersweet, but so encouraging for us moving forward. Paul has never shied away from a project, but this will definitely be a challenge. There is a lot to be done, but we are so very optimistic of what we can replace, change and do better for our family and our guests in the future!
