23.01.2022 Digital Technologies Parent Information Session Just a reminder that Bannister Creek PS is offering a parent information session on Tuesday 21st June, at 3pm in the School Library. Teachers will explain how to use Reading Eggs, Maths Online, Sum Dog, Study Ladder and Coding. If you would like to attend, please notify the Front Office for catering purposes.

23.01.2022 A big thank you to Lynwood Supa IGA for their kind donation of hamburger ingredients and drinks that helped feed the large crowd who attended our Harmony Family Picnic on Friday 24th February 2017. Fantastic local community support.

11.01.2022 School Holidays Tomorrow, Friday 1st July is the last day of Term 2. Students return to school on Tuesday 19th July. Monday 18th July is a School Development Day and students do not attend school on that day. We hope you all have a relaxing and safe holiday.

11.01.2022 Canteen Open This Thursday Due to the School Development Day on Friday 3rd June, the Canteen will be open on Thursday 2nd June instead.

05.01.2022 Helping Hands Vacation Care The time is fast approaching for booking your child into the fantastic Helping Hands Vacation Care program in the July holidays. This 2 weeks' holiday program is packed full of exciting excursions and incursions; jump and slide at Inflatable World, find your way through some tricky mazes at The Maze, discover the quirky world of Puppetry at the Spare Puppets Theatre, and sit, relax and eat some popcorn while watching a movie. So many places to go! ...Otherwise, enjoy a day at Helping Hands with our fun and interesting incursions of Mad Minute Creating our own HHN Record Book, Creating Memorable Tableware and much much more! The program is available to children from Kindergarten to Year 6. Parents are required to enrol their children, at no cost, into the Helping Hands Service to be eligible to attend. 03.01.2022 Digital Technologies and ICT in the classroom Bannister Creek is offering a parent information session on 4 different applications that are being used currently in the school, to engage students in digital technologies and make use of ICT equipment. The session will run from 3:00pm on Tuesday, 21st June in the school library and will last approximately 1 hour. All parents are invited to come along and hear from teachers how these applications enhance student learning and lear...n how to access them at home, to support what is being done at school.
