24.01.2022 These are my two Orange veggie meals I’ve been making up as part of my Banting experiment, (Chicken and Edamame Beans) this current batch I’ve removed one bag of sweet potato from each and replaced it with a second bag of green superfoods each.

20.01.2022 Yesterday’s mixes are for meal 2 and meal 4 in my breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea True Banting diet, I add rice, cheese and wraps to them, William Banting ate a piece of toast (or biscuit) with two of his daily meals, I’m not a big bread eater anymore so I eat wraps instead. William added this passage of writing to his book in April, 1864, almost a year after releasing the first edition of it in May, 1863.
