With the message from government tonight, and the challenges of the Coronavirus epidemic, there will be some changes in class for the next six months to ensure everyones safety while still being able to enjoy capoeira and the benefits of physical and mental health of having class. We will continue training in Hyde Park throughout the remainder of the year. We will maintain 1.5m space between people during class and reduce all hands on... training avoid partner training and adjustments in movements. All people must wash their hands on arrival and exit with hand sanitizer or soap and water for 20 seconds. Hand shakes are restricted to an elbow bump if you really need to. Please only pay in bank transfers as cash will increase chances of cross infection.
